Once admission has been confirmed and the course registration is completed, the fees paid are generally non-refundable. Students are advised to review the course details carefully before making any payment.
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account due to a technical issue with the payment gateway or banking system, the deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days, subject to the payment gateway and bank's processing time.
If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, the extra amount will be verified and refunded to your original payment method after successful confirmation by our accounts team.
Any request for admission cancellation must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only according to the institute's admission rules and management approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. However, the actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
